Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Our zero-tolerance standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation on PichaPawa.

Last updated: 5/16/2026. These Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards apply to all use of PichaPawa ("PichaPawa", "we", "our", or "us") and form part of our broader safety and legal framework, including our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

PichaPawa has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We do not permit content, conduct, or use of our services that exploits, harms, or sexualizes children or young people in any way. Accounts that engage in this behavior may be removed and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement or relevant hotlines.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

You must not use PichaPawa to create, upload, share, promote, or request any content or behavior that involves, depicts, or encourages:

  • Child sexual abuse material (also known as CSAM) in any form.
  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking of children, including offers or requests to buy, sell, or trade sexual content or contact involving minors.
  • Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to build relationships with children for sexual purposes, whether on or off our services.
  • Sexualization of minors, including sexual comments, fantasies, or depictions focusing on a child's body or sexual characteristics.
  • Sharing, linking to, or directing others to external sites, groups, or services that host or promote CSAE content or activity.

We also do not allow attempts to evade these standards, including using coded language, emojis, or edited or AI-generated images and videos to sexualize or exploit minors.

3. User responsibilities

When you use PichaPawa, you agree to:

  • Never create, request, or share CSAE content of any kind.
  • Never use PichaPawa to contact, groom, or exploit children or young people for sexual purposes.
  • Report any content or behavior that you believe may involve CSAE as soon as you become aware of it.
  • Comply with all applicable child protection and safety laws in your country and any other jurisdictions that apply to your use of our services.

4. Detection, review, and enforcement

To protect our community, PichaPawa may use a combination of automated systems, safety signals, and human review teams to help detect and address potential CSAE content or behavior. When we identify or are alerted to possible CSAE, we:

  • Review the content or behavior against these standards and applicable law.
  • Remove content that violates this policy and may restrict features or access while we investigate.
  • Suspend or permanently disable accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in CSAE or pose a serious risk to children.
  • Take steps to prevent repeat or related abuse, including blocking devices, phone numbers, or other signals associated with CSAE.

5. Reporting CSAE concerns

If you see content or behavior on PichaPawa that you believe may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation:

  • Use any in-app reporting tools where available to flag the content or account directly to our team.
  • If you are unable to report in-app, you can contact us at safety@pichapawa.com with details and links to the relevant content or profile.
  • If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services before reporting it to us.

We review reports as quickly as we reasonably can and may follow up with additional questions when needed to understand and address the situation.

6. Cooperation with authorities and hotlines

Where required by law and appropriate to protect children, PichaPawa may preserve evidence and report suspected CSAE content or behavior to relevant law enforcement agencies or recognized child protection hotlines. This may include sharing account details, content, or other information as legally permitted and necessary for child safety investigations.

7. Privacy and data handling

We handle personal data connected to safety investigations in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This may include retaining certain information for a period of time where necessary to prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or support investigations by competent authorities.

8. Changes to these standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our services, safety practices, or applicable laws and regulations. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
